We offer two types of products:

  • Board Games — designed and dispatched by Backspindle Games Ltd from our UK address
  • Initiative Time products — apparel, accessories, and homewares made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) for UK customers. Customers in other regions may see prices displayed in their local currency; the final charge will reflect the exchange rate applied at the time of payment. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A contract between you and Backspindle Games Ltd is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued promptly.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our [Shipping Policy], which forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Product Quality & Customer Care

For board games, we stand behind the quality of our products and will address any manufacturing defects or damage in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For Initiative Time products, quality claims relating to misprinting, damage, or defects are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Printful's fulfilment standards.

We aim to respond to all customer enquiries within 2 working days.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, artwork, logos, character designs, and branding associated with Backspindle Games and Initiative Time, is the intellectual property of Backspindle Games Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
