We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read the relevant section below depending on the type of product you've ordered.
Board Games
Board games are dispatched directly by us from our UK address using Royal Mail.
Dispatch times: We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of payment being confirmed, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional periods — any such offer will be clearly displayed at checkout or on the relevant product page.
UK delivery: Estimated delivery times will depend on the Royal Mail service selected at checkout.
EU delivery: We ship board games to EU countries. Please note that import duties or taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority upon arrival. We include our Northern Ireland XI VAT number on all EU shipments, which in many cases means no additional VAT is due — however, customs processing varies by country and we cannot guarantee that charges will not be applied. Any import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you believe a charge has been applied in error, we recommend contacting your local customs authority.
Rest of world: We do not currently offer international shipping for board games outside the UK and EU. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us at info@backspindlegames.com before placing your order.
Initiative Time Products (Apparel, Accessories & Homewares)
Initiative Time products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Orders are produced and shipped directly from Printful's fulfilment facilities.
Dispatch times: Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.
Delivery times: Estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items ordered.
Import duties & taxes: For orders shipped outside the UK, import duties or taxes may be applicable depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, Printful's carrier partners, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
